Usk Barn

A recently converted barn which is nestled in the Usk Valley, with three modern bedrooms available. Each enjoying an award-winning British made Hypnos bed, tv and dvd player and robes to help you relax.

The barn is situated on a retired farm and enjoys breathtaking views of the countryside. We love children and can provide toddler beds, travel cots and high chairs.

The accommodation

The detached stone barn with underfloor heating has 3 en-suite bedrooms, the rooms all have Hypnos Beds, 2 rooms have Superking Size Beds which can be converted to twin bedded rooms and the other room is a King Size Bed with a day bed also in the room. We have pull out beds for children and a travel cot. One of the rooms has a bath and shower over the bath en-suite the other two rooms have stand up showers in with heated towel rails. All rooms have a TV / DVD player in room. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and table with a glass viewed lounge area with TV & DVD. Linen and towels included. Outside private seating area overlooking the valley with private furniture, portable barbecuse and fire pit.

The location

With limited wifi this is a great place to escape and enjoy the countryside. Situated a few miles from Usk town centre which is approx 15 minute drive from Junction 24 off the a mile from Coed y Paen, and the Llandegfedd Reservoir. Great for sailing, paddle boarding and fantastic walks. Brecon Beacons are 30 minute drive.

The local towns of Cwmbran and Newport are within 10 minutes, and we are about 30 minutes by car from Cardiff. Full car park area.
