Morlogws Farm

Three very welcoming and luxurious cottages at Morlogws Farm Cottage Holidays, set on a working farm in the magnificent Carmarthenshire countryside, and within easy driving distance of the stunning Welsh coast.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the hot tub, covered swimming pool with sun terrace nearby and the games room with table tennis, air hockey and fitness equipment.

Also for smaller children there’s a play area and a toy collection.

Outside there's a barbecue area and seating, perfect for long summer evenings.

Accommodation

The Farmhouse - sleeps up to 6/7

The Farmhouse sleeps six in two double rooms and another which has bunk beds. There is also a folding bed which can sleep one extra person if required.

The kitchen/diner is very well equipped with cooker, dishwasher and microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cutlery and crockery.

The comfortable living room has views of the countryside and has a flat screen television with Freeview and a dvd player.

The Carthouse - sleeps up 6/8

The Carthouse sleeps up to six in three double bedrooms, with one en-suite, and can accommodate a further two guests in fold out beds.

It has a comfortable living room with flat screen television, Freeview and dvd player.

The generously sized kitchen/diner is well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, cutlery and crockery.

The Carthouse has two bathrooms, including the one en suite off one of the double bedrooms.

The Log Cabin - sleeps 6

The log cabin is secluded and peaceful and sleeps 6 in two double bedrooms, with one en suite inc a shower, and one bedroom with bunk beds. There is a second bathroom.

The living room has rural views and is equipped like the others, with comfortable sofas, flat screen television, Freeview and dvd player.

The kitchen is well equipped including cooker, microwave, fridge freezer.All the properties are centrally heated and costs include electricity, bed linen and towels and tea towels.

There is a also a washing machine, dryer and iron available for all guests to use and easily accessed.

Internet access is also available, and there is plenty of parking space (but not garaged).

Local area

Nearby there are nature trails and excellent walks to discover. We can also organise pony trekking, fishing and golf.

We are just 5 miles from Newcastle Emlyn where you can find pubs, restaurants, shops and much more.

The National Botanic Garden of Wales is about a half hour's drive away and is well worth a visit with its huge glasshouse, outdoor gardens, films and information, cafe and more.

A similar distance away is Laugharne, where Dylan Thomas lived and worked in the boathouse, and where Under Milk Wood is set. It’s a charming place and well worth a visit, as is the coastal village of New Quay, with its harbour, cafes and restaurants.

There are lots of wonderful beaches to explore along the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion coast - Poppit Sands at St Dogmaels, Aberporth are just a few.

There are also boat trips, the Pembrokeshire coastal path, and much more to enjoy.
