Beautiful 6 berth family friendly caravan overlooking Cei Bach bay with direct beach access. Wander the quaint streets with their individual painted cottages. Historic points of interest, a jewel for National Trust lovers. Beautiful, safe, clean Blue flag sandy beaches and gift shops as well a general stores.

Both New Quay and Aberaeron have an abundance of cafes, restaurants, public houses and Indian, Chinese and Thai takeaways. Dolphin boat trips, reptile zoo, fishing trips, go-kart racing are just a few examples of activities to experience.

Our luxury caravan is on the award-winning Cardigan bay coastline, equidistant between New Quay and Aberaeron. Ideally situated with coastal walks direct from the site and its own private road down to the sandy beach. Fantastic uninterrupted panoramic sea views. The site is a family run working dairy farm with various animals spread over 600 acres of rolling fields along the coast.

The caravan has gas central heating and is double glazed also. It has two exterior doors, ideal during summer with cooling summer breezes.

It is fitted with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. The site has a large safe playing field, with children's swings.

This caravan overlooks the play area allowing you to sit either inside the caravan or recline in the garden and watch your children playing. There is also a launderette, and dairy products and newspapers are available. A truly friendly site with only 50 privately owned caravans. There is ample parking for all vehicles.

This beautiful three bedroom caravan sleeps six people, and is self contained within its own enclosed garden, great for a safe play area for children. There is a large both clean and dry Keter plastic shed to the rear containing toys, windbreaks,parasols etc for your convenience. Alternatively this would be ideal to store children's bikes, fishing tackle or a pushchair etc. The plot has a private lawn, patio with gas barbecue, washing line, table and chairs and sun loungers.

Internally there are three good sized bedrooms, two of which have dressing tables. Ample storage facilities with pillows, duvets and quality bedding provided. The caravan has a white bathroom suite comprising a large shower with sliding glass door and sink with mirrored vanity unit above.

There is a separate toilet with washbasin and mirror, and both the bathroom and cloakroom have extractor fans.

In the lounge there is also a double fold out bed. The lounge has a flat screen tv with built in Freeview which gives excellent signal with all channels, and also dvd and cd players.

For your convenience there is a range of board games, family dvds and books. Ample seating with a separate dining room area opposite the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with both a large fridge and freezer, microwave, gas oven with hob and extractor and all crockery, cutlery and cookware etc.

All bedding is provided, as are hand and tea towels. Please bring your own large towels and beach towels if required. Please note that the caravan is strictly no smoking, and pets are not allowed.

This caravan is immaculate. Please help us to keep it this way - all damage and breakages must be paid for.

Available from 1st April to 31st October. Weekend breaks 2 nights £180 Prices are from £350-500 Per week. Discounts available for extended weeks.

A £100 deposit per week is required when booking. Balance to be paid six weeks prior to holiday commencing. Please note all deposits are non refundable for cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to holiday commence date.

Please arrive after 3pm. Departure time is 10am unless by prior arrangement. A booking form will be sent out and is a necessary requirement when returning with the deposit. Payment accepted via Paypal or cheque.
