Cae Berllan cottages are three recently built cottages situated on a small holding just three miles from Caernarfon. They are the ideal base for touring the whole of North Wales and are within 30 minutes of Anglesey, Porthmadog, the mountain range of Snowdonia and Llandudno which has many good shops.
We also have a Blue Flag beach within five minutes drive with three miles of sandy beaches broken up into different areas (dog free areas and dogs allowed areas).
Accommodation
This is the first of our two bedroom cottages, which has a open plan lounge /kitchen /diner.
As you enter the cottage you will find a large, spacious lounge with new 40 inch flatscreen televsion, dvd and Freeview and plenty of space to relax.
Up three steps and you will then find the kitchen/diner which is has everything fridge/freezer full size cooker, full size dishwasher, microwave etc.
The main bedroom has a full size double bed wardrobe and draws. the second bedroom has two full size single beds wardrobe and draws.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower,and separate bath with plenty of space left.
To the rear of the garden there is a play area for younger children,with various toys and to the front there is your own garden and sitting area.
The view from the two bedroom cottages looks out onto the orchard area which is in full bloom from the end of March to the end of May. Later in the season the trees are full of various fresh fruits which we often share.
At the back of the cottages there is a play area for smaller children which is fitted with secure gates and toys. Older children are welcome to play in the orchard or empty fields. We are very well positioned on the North Wales coast with many attractions within half an hour's drive are quiet places like Glynllifon country park approx 1 mile away which has bat walks, camelia and rhododendrons flowering in Spring. There is also a small amphitheatre and various follies to find along the walk.
