In the heart Pembrokeshire National Park, Happy Acre is well placed for walking, resting and visiting local attractions. Lydstep beach and the coastal path is just a short walk away. There is a pub, restaurant and health Spa club in the village. Manobier Beach and Norman Castle, are just over a mile. Less than 4 miles is the bustling harbour town of Tenby, with it's famous beaches and boat trips to Caldey Island.
Folly Farm, Oakwood and Heatherton, to name a few attractions, are just a short drive away. As are Carew and Pembroke Castles. Irish Ferries at Pembroke Dock is approx 20 minute drive, and Fishgaurd is about an hour.
Accommodation
Spacious cottage with side gated entrance leading to rear parking area 3/4 cars. Garden, with raised stone covered fish pond, lawn, flower beds and garden seating, tables and barbecue. Enter through rear door to well equipped kitchen with welcome tray.
Lobby to downstairs bathroom, and stairway. Door leading to large open-plan dining area and lounge with feature fireplace with log burner. TV, DVD radio.
First floor - four double bedrooms and shower room. Two bedrooms have two single beds and en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom 3 has a four poster bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Freeview TV in some bedrooms.
All rooms have central heating. Bed linen supplied. Gas and electric included. (Charge during low season, one basket of logs supplied). No smoking in cottage. No Pets. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. Flexible Change-over days are available for weekly and short breaks depending on bookings/availability. Prices reflect number of people, days and time of year. Deposit of 25% payable on booking. Balance to be paid eight weeks prior to holiday start date.
