Castle Aspect

Castle Aspect offers two spacious and beautifully presented cottages to choose from. Both The Bailey and The Keep are equipped to a very high standard and offer all the luxuries that you would expect to see at properties like these. Comments from our past guests shows that they have been delighted with their stay and we are proud to see that many return.

On arrival you are treated to a basketful of goodies (many of them locally produced and organic) to get your holiday off to a super start.

Castle Aspect is situated in the lovely village of Grosmont, just a 15 minute drive from Monmouth town. Grosmont has everything you need for a quiet break - a pub, post office and coffee shop. There is also a lovely old castle for those who appreciate Welsh cuture. Just a short drive away is the Bell Inn at Skenfrith. This award winning inn and restaurant is just on the doorstep and well worth a visit.

A little further afield is the historic market town of Monmouth and the Wye Valley. The Wye Valley is beautiful any time of the year, but particularly in Autumn as the trees begin to change ready for the Winter. Tintern Abbey is also well worth a visit. For those with a passion for walking or cycling, the Offa's Dyke path is a great way to explore the area.

Also within easy reach of Grosmont is the super town of Hay-On-Wye which is a book lovers dream. The market town of Hereford is also close by.
