This stylish, luxurious apartment in the centre of Brecon has been newly renovated, and is furnished to a very high standard.

Well fitted contemporary kitchen with halogen hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and ample storage and work space. Complimentary tea and coffee provided.

The sitting room has well coordinated furnishings and fittings, a wall mounted flat screen TV and has exposed beams. Comfortable sofa (sofa bed) and contemporary dining table and chairs. A good selection of books and DVDs are on offer for guest to use as well as a radio and CD player.

The double bedroom is again very well furnished and has a wall mounted TV and DVD. The shower room is well designed with an excellent power shower, handbasin and toilet.

Bedlinen and towels provided. Full central heating and electricity included. Non smoking and the property is not suitable for pets.

A travel cot is also provided for those with young children.

Whilst being in the centre of Brecon, this first floor apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful - an ideal place to relax after a days walking or sightseeing.

It is very convenient for all the town's facilities, just a short walk away to the indoor market, shops, pubs and restaurants and there are gentle walks along the River Usk and past Brecons theatre along the canal, or through the Cathedral grounds to the Priory Groves along the River Honddu.

Private and peaceful and yet just minutes walk from everything.

Sherbrooke is very convenient for all the town's facilities, and is just a short walk from the indoor market, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Area Information

The apartment is based in the centre of Brecon's market town. This area is one of beauty and there are many places of interest for the visitor.

Brecon boasts a cathedral, theatre, cinema, castle ruins and stunning Georgian architecture. Of course there are the infamous Beacons as well as a canal basin. Brecon has something for everyone and it is all (literally) on your doorstep.

The Brecon Beacons National Park is one of Britain's Breathing Spaces - a fabulous place to stay for your family holiday, relaxing short break or a fun filled weekend! An area of outstanding history and geology - we have something for everybody.

Horse riding, mountain trains, walking, fishing - all information available in the apartment but please let us know if you would like this beforehand.

Deposit and Payment

Once the booking has been confirmed and if the booking is more than 4 weeks before arrival, a 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

The rental includes electricity, heating, linen and towels. There are also free maps and information on the area that guests are welcome to. We also have a local caretaker who will take care of all your needs.
