Bed and breakfast or self catering, our aim is to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. Our emphasis is on quality fresh local produce - Welsh live yoghourt, home made muesli , our own free range chicken or duck eggs.

Y Bwthyn (1) charming detached family cottage suite sleeping up to 4 opposite farmhouse - one double bed and 2 single beds with a dividing curtain between them - lovely en-suite with a large cubicle power shower.
Y Stabal (suite 2) a 2 room de-luxe suite (exterior picture on bottom) - This spacious ground floor luxury stable suite has a delightfully relaxing character. The patio window overlooks the garden and countryside. The lounge/bedroom has a double bed whilst the separate bedroom has twin beds, both rooms have access doors to the bathroom, which has a jacuzzi bath plus separate shower cubicle. Snacks preparation area with fridge, microwave and beverage tray & biscuits, also available on room only basis if preferred. Convenient parking outside suites.
Y Beudy (suite 3) (top interior picture) - A beautiful one bedroom luxury barn suite, with a king size bed, plus an extra single bed if required. Well appointed bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Snacks preparation area with fridge, microwave and beverage tray and biscuits. French windows opens onto slate patio. Parking immediately outside, also available on room only basis if preferred.
Long Barn (suite 4) - Super de-luxe 2 room apartment suite with kitchen (lower interior picture) - Total relaxation is assured in this superb suite which has a beautiful fully fitted kitchen (Tea, coffee, drinking chocolate & biscuits are provided).The spacious lounge bedroom has a double bed and a 10ft patio window looking out at the Moelwyn mountain range with a large patio area outside. There is one double bed in the lounge bedroom (pictured) and then there's a separate bedroom with a king size bed a single and an extra single available if required. You can enjoy the therapeutic luxury of an airbath - aromatherapy candles supplied - or a shower in the spacious corner power shower. Toilet and washbasin are separate to the bathroom. Parking immediately outside.
The Farm
Our working farm has a variety of friendly animals, guests - young or older - can help with the morning "chores" after breakfast.
Bottle feed our pet lambs . Collect the eggs for breakfast. Feed the ducks on our mill pond. 5 Shetland ponies, enjoy being fussed over and are always ready for some left-over toast after breakfast - older children can also take them for walk on a lead . We have very friendly farm dogs - Spot, Sam and Gel. They can also be taken for a walk on the farm. Farm activities such as sheep shearing, silage making etc can be seen happening during the season. Tomen-y-Mur, an interesting Roman site, is situated about a mile away, it has a splendid panoramic view and guests are welcome to visit - there's an archeology book available in the farmhouse if you are interested.
The immediate area has abundant mountain, forest and lakeside walks. Maps and gude books are available for your use.
Top North Wales attractions are all close to the farm: The Italianate village of Portmeirion - 6 miles away * Ffestiniog narrow gauge railway and the highland railway - 6 mls* * Award winning Llechwedd slate mines - 6 miles away. * Quad biking near Porthmadog - 9 miles from the farm. * Dry slope skiing at Trawsfynydd - 6 miles away. * Pony trekking, fishing, golf centres - within 3 miles of farm. * White water sport centre at Bala has won world wide acclaim - 18 miles away. * Bodnant Gardens near Llandudno - 30 miles * The Isle of Anglesey, the Victorian town of Llandudno , Llangollen and Mid Wales are all only an hour's scenic drive from the farm (approx 35 miles each).
