Owen's Barn is a two bedroomed barn with an additional sleeping area on the balcony in the lounge sleeping up to 4 people.
The lounge has an impressive high ceiling with a hand crafted wooden staircase leading to the balcony. Double doors open onto a pretty private patio area complete with mosaic table and chairs. The room is well furnished with woodblock flooring, rug, a green leather suite, television with freeview and dvd player, stereo, coffee table, dresser and occasional furniture.
Pine stairs lead to the balcony bedroom which is an open-plan sleeping area with a 3ft bed, rugs, side cabinet, lamp, blanket box and small two-drawer wardrobe.
Steps lead down from the living room into the kitchen/diner which is well equipped with pine table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and tv/dvd combi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample units above and below. The kitchen/diner is divided by a peninsular unit. Off the entrance hall there is downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash-hand basin. There is also an interconnecting door which is lockable from both sides to The Stable accommodation for two people. The wooden staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. There is a single and a double bedroom with handmade fitted wooden wardrobes and drawers, low beams and Velux windows. The rooms are sympathetically decorated and furnished. The bathroom has a white suite with a shower over the bath and bathroom cabinet.
Owen's Barn is a period property with many features including different levels, the balcony and low beams and ceilings on the upper floors that may not suit some guests. The property is unsuitable for young children under 7 years of age.
There is parking for one car only directly outside the barn. Bed linen and towels are provided. Change over day is on Saturdays.
Two popular pubs serving food are nearby. Langland and Pennard golf courses are within close driving distance.
Internet access is available in both properties.
