East Pilton Farm Cottage

East Pilton Cottage is a brand new barn conversion. The accommodation is on two levels.

Ground Floor - The open plan living space incorporates a dining area, lounge with large leather settees and kitchen area. The fully equipped, modern kitchen incorporates a dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob and microwave. The cottage has been tastefully renovated with exposed oak beams throughout. In the lounge there is a television with Freeview, DVD and Video.

There is a spacious double bedroom downstairs and separate bathroom. The central staircase leads to the first floor. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

First Floor - There is one double bedroom upstairs and two twin bedded rooms. There is a separate bathroom with shower, and basin.

Outside

The large walled courtyard at the rear has a seating area and barbecue. There is a lawned garden at the front that is fully enclosed. The cottage has ample private parking for four cars.

Location

The cottage is set on a working Gower farm admist farmland and some agricultural buildings. It is just over a mile away from the magnificent Worms Head and Rhossili Beach. Its central location means that all Gower beaches are easily accessible. There are a network of footpaths around the farm and the coastal footpath is within easy walking distance.
