Cae Pant Farm
Welcome to Cae Pant, a hill farm situated in the upper Dee Valley where we have a static caravan for hire. We are about 4 miles from Bala and its Lake, Llyn Tegid, which is a magnet for all water sport enthusiasts and offers wind surfing and sailing. There are shops, supermarkets, a leisure centre, cinema, White Water Rafting Centre, canoeing, sailing, golfing, cycling, ten-pin bowling and a narrow gauge railway. Also there is traffic free cycling on the Mawddach Estuary from Dolgellau to Barmouth which is about an 18 mile round journey and comes highly recommended.. Also you can cycle around Lake Vyrnwy which is just as stunning and is also family friendly but not traffic free.
Accommodation
The accommodation which is now non smoking offers some spectacular views towards the Berwyn Mountains and will sleep 5 to 6. It has a gravelled patio area, complete with patio set and barbecue, and has a secure gate to keep the little ones close at hand. It is also served by it's own driveway. I personally clean and look after the caravan which is provided with bedlinen, gas and electricity in the price.
There are 3 bedrooms which consist of a double, one twin and one single which has a full sized 2' 6" single bed which also has room for your travel cot. The lounge has a colour tv, cd/radio cassette and also a hairdryer is provided. It has a shower which can also be used as a small bath to bathe young children.
The kitchen comes very well equipped with a microwave, toaster, fridge, gas cooker, iron and ironing board and lots of little extras to help. It is supplied by spring water.
For older children there is plenty of space to play on the adjacent fields. There is also has a separate driveway with ample private parking adjacent to it for two cars and any trailers or more cars can easily be accommodated nearby.
