Winllan Farm

Winllan Farm can provide you with a tranquil and peaceful base to explore and enjoy the West Wales countryside, mountains and coastline.

We are pet friendly at Winllan, so please let your dog(s) have a great holiday as position is quite central to all the beautiful locations in Ceredigion, only 4 miles from the university town of Lampeter, 20 minutes from the coastal resorts of New Quay and Aberaeron and 25 minutes from the Brechfa Forest and Cambrian Mountains. We are also within a short driving distance of three national parks: Pembrokeshire and the Brecon Beacons within an hour and Snowdonia within an hour and a half.

The farm is regularly visited by a variety of birds, including red kite, buzzards, spotted woodpecker, nuthatches, wrens and goldfinches amongst others. Plus in the summer, the many buddlea bushes provide a haven for many types of butterflies including peacocks and red admirals

The accommodation

Caravans Arfryn and Delfryn offer cosy and welcoming enviroment, plenty of comfy cushions and low lighting to relax with. Hot and cold running water, gas fire and bedroom heating, shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen (including full size cooker, microwave and fridge) and lounge/dinette with hd television with freesat. They also have their own lawn and gardened areas for you to sit back and relax. Parking next to the caravan. They are situated within their own private grounds, separate from the rest of the farm, with great views over the valley below. Therefore you can enjoy a peaceful, uninterrupted holiday.

For children, as well as the many tourist attractions. We also have giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and boules available to play on site, as well as a selection of indoor games.

The location

For people looking for activities we have an extensive tourist guide available for you to browse and plan your holiday excursions. Within the county you can visit the woollen and water mill, honey farm, Teifi steam railway, outdoor activity centre, Fantasy farm park, paint balling, pottery, walled garden, the goldmine and much more.

For those interested in fishing, horse riding, walking, biking, bird watching and photography we can direct you to a number of locations or routes. There are fishing lakes just 20 minutes walk up the lane.
