Local Area

Ceredigion is centrally located on the western coastline of Wales. Sailing and water sports fans are regularly attracted to Ceredigion's beaches and welcoming harbours. The lively university town of Aberystwyth and the busy tourist village of New Quay, which in the last few years has become home to a resident pod of dolphins, one of only two or three such pods in Britain. Much of Ceredigion's coastline is designated Heritage Coast perfect for a days site seeing and exploration.

As well as being recognised for its friendly towns and excellent beaches, Ceredigion has an array of excellent dining venues with high quality local produce on offer. Spectacular landscapes, award-winning beaches and welcoming people await your visit.
